I’ve been seeing Johanna Parisi at The AcuLounge for about two months and have had a great experience. From the very start, she conducted a thorough virtual intake interview and took time to understand my personal needs in detail.

Since then, she continues to ask thoughtful questions, listens carefully and offers valuable advise. Because Johanna offers such a wide range of services she can always customize each session based on how I feel that day. She never makes me feel rushed or like I’m getting a generic treatment.

The front desk/waiting room and all four treatment rooms are beautiful, with so many interesting and inspiring things to look at throughout the space. I always leave feeling relaxed and well cared for and I’ve noticed improvements in my symptoms with continued visits.

Oh, one more thing… it’s a big plus that she accepts my insurance, allowing me to make acupuncture part of my regular self-care routine. I came to see Johanna when I was in excruciating pain.  I strength train, run, bike and parent.  I could barely walk because of how bad it felt which then affected my posture.  Johanna treated me 1x-2x per week.  The relief with cupping felt incredible, she also treated me with acupuncture which was successful. Very nice atmosphere and I had 2 treatments so far.  I fell asleep both times because it was so relaxing and the music was calming.  Johanna is a very good acupuncturist and makes you feel very comfortable.   I will continue to go and it has helped me feel better!  Highly recommend ACU lounge!

Johanna at The Acu Lounge has been treating me for 6 weeks.  I went to Johanna seeking relief from chronic pain, numbness and inflammation caused by cervical spinal stenosis.  I have experienced not only an improvement in my symptoms but also better sleep!  Before seeing Johanna I used to wake up multiple times during the night due to my pain.  Now, I sleep through the night! My body is also much more relaxed due to my sessions with Johanna.  She spends time listening to how I am feeling and adjusts her treatments to fit what I need.  Johanna is easy to talk to and makes me feel at ease.  I highly recommend Johanna and The Acu Lounge!
